Teen Coaching
During their teenage years, everybody is faced with challenging, uncertain and sometimes difficult times. There is no magic formula to guide teens in coping with all the demands, the pressures and the changes around them while at the same time they are also trying to find their own path and career in life, the ways to accomplish their dreams and maximize their potential. The years leading up to adulthood are crucial, as they lay the foundations and form the building blocks for what lies further ahead in our lives. Teenagers deserve all the help they can possibly get during these all important years so that they develop, fully confident of their ability, resources and creativity. As a consequence they will go on to maximize their potential and realize their dreams and aspirations.
Teen Coaching is about supporting a teenager on the journey of discovery of his inner self, capabilities and potential. It's about assisting them in the definition of goals, aspirations and objectives. It's about guiding them in the development of the roadmap to fulfill their potential. An important element in Teen Coaching is working towards achieving optimum performance. I will optimise your teen's academic ability by improving his study, revision, memorization, presentation and organization skills. Tailor-made tools, strategies, techniques, exercises will be developed and applied to achieve this. The main aim in Teen Coaching, is to create a deeper sense of empowerment for your child, whilst at the same time actively partnering and supporting you, the parent.
Teen Coaching is a great way for a teenager to improve his/her academic, organization, communication and interpersonal skills; not only will he/she grow in confidence and self esteem but will also have all the solutions, resources and creativity at their disposal to accomplish their dreams, goals, potential and aspirations. It is a great investment as the skills, knowledge and tools will stay with them and benefit them for the rest of their lives.
